Ia-app purchase problem

Tried to purchase rubies, but in-app purchasing is not working propertly.
It doesnt ask Apple ID and Password. It just show loading sign, but nothing happed.
when I turned off game by pushing HOME button, it finally showed confirmation dialog. I entered password but rubies didnt come into my account. So I had to refurned money from i-tune.
They need to solve this problem.
