More Ragnarok problems

Its $Lunar$ and Im here again cause of the problems. The Server Mage update messes up a lot of things!! First whenever I go to lan forta or Valder I cant see some npc. two something even when everyone is talking you can only see a few people but there is a lot of people on!! Three when Im about to go on a mercenary battle it says you need to equip mercenaries and when I check my strongest mercenaries arent there.but then when I went to a dungeon my mercenaries were there.and what are you going to do about it your the company!! Are you going to let the game get shut down because your not making enough money?!?! Are you going to let a cool game down like that!look at your ratings for goodness sake. The game is cool but with all the problems...we might as well not play. Fix this update mess. And please I dont want to be mean or anything but with the problems.please read!!
